Skin Nirvana is by Appointment ONLY. The following policies were put in place to help me be effective and fair. 

Cancelations: 

24 Hours+ Prior to Appointment: I am happy reschedule or cancel your appointment  24 hours prior to your appointment with no additional charges. The easiest way to do this is via the “edit/change” button on your confirmation or reminder email. You may also reschedule via phone. You will receive confirmation via email of your cancelation or new appointment time. 

Late Cancel/No Show: I do understand unexpected events happen in life. It is my goal to be effective and fair to all of my clients. I am unable to fill appointment times for late cancelations or no shows. Late Cancelations/No Shows will be billed 100% of their total service fee.

ALL CANCELATIONS NEED TO BE DONE VIA A PHONE CALL. TEXTS, EMAILS, DM’S WITH ANY BOOKING REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment 1 time. If you are unable to attend your rescheduled time you may either cancel your appointment or pre-pay for your appointment and rebook. If you are unable to attend your 2nd rescheduled appointment you will not be refunded and will forfeit your appointment.

Late Arrival: 

Arriving 10 min or later to a 45-60 min appointment, or 5 min or later to a 30 min appointment, will result in a No Show. Please call Skin Nirvana PRIOR to your appointment start time if you will be arriving late. Your esthetician will determine if you can receive a shortened treatment. If your appointment is shortened or your treatment is altered you will still pay full price for the service you booked. If you service needs to be rescheduled you will 1st need to pay the No Show fee prior to rebooking.

Groupon: 

No shows with a Groupon will be charged face value of their Groupon. If you purchased Spa Credit and your treatment exceeded the amount purchased you will be billed for the remainder owed plus the face value of your Groupon. If you added on services to your treatment, you will be charged 100% for those services.

Sick/Kids:

If you or your child are sick please contact me via phone or email as soon as you are able to. If you or your child are too sick for school or work, you’re too sick to come to your appointment. Please stay home and take care of yourself. If you come to your appointment with a child please make sure they are well behaved and quiet. This is time for you and it’s difficult for me to focus on you with active children in the treatment room.
