Skin Nirvana is by Appointment ONLY. The following policies were put in place to help me be effective and fair. 

Cancelations: 

24 Hours+ Prior to Appointment: I am happy reschedule or cancel your appointment  24 hours prior to your appointment with no additional charges. You can do this via text, email or online. You will receive confirmation via email of your cancelation or new appointment time. 

Late Cancel/No Show: I do understand unexpected events happen in life. It is my goal to be effective and fair to all of my clients. I am unable to fill appointment times for late cancelations or no shows. You will be charged  50% of your  service  for an appointment rescheduled/canceled within 24 hours. No shows will be charged 100% of your service fee. All  late reschedules/cancelations need to be done via phone or text. 

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your appointment 1 time. If you are unable to attend your rescheduled time you may either cancel your appointment or pre-pay for your appointment and rebook. If you are unable to attend your 2nd rescheduled appointment you will not be refunded and will forfeit your appointment.

Late Arrival: 

Arriving 15 minutes or later to your appointment will result in a "No Show". Your esthetician will determine if there is enough time to properly complete the treatment upon your arrival. You will pay full price even if your appointment is shortened. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled you will need to first pay the No Show fee before rebooking. Please contact Skin Nirvana if you will be more than 5 min late. 

Groupon: 

No shows with a Groupon will be charged as if they attended their appointment. Groupon's will be redeemed per Groupon's cancelation policy. If you purchased Spa Credit and your treatment exceeded the amount purchased you will be billed for the remainder owed. If you added on services to your treatment, you will be charged 100% for those services. If you late cancel prior to your appointment your Groupon will be redeemed but you will be allowed to apply the amount you purchased your Groupon for towards your next appointment. 

Sick/Kids:

If you or your child are sick please contact me via phone or text as soon as you are able to let me know of the situation. If you come to your appointment with a child please make sure they are well behaved and quiet. If your child is sick enough to not attend school please do not bring them with you. This is time for you and it’s difficult for me to focus on you with active or sick children in the treatment room.
